The felonious assault conviction has a three-year firearm specification that adds time to the sentence he will receive.
Sizemore is to be sentenced Feb. 20.
He is also charged in Greene County with felonious assault, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and having weapons as a felon in connection to the incident.
He has a hearing scheduled for March 10.
On July 11 around 6:30 a.m., Sizemore reportedly fired a gun from his black pickup truck, shooting out a car’s window just before the driver crashed into a wall on I-70 west at Ohio 235 in Huber Heights.

The driver, a 25-year-old man, was grazed by a bullet on his leg, according to Huber Heights police.
Later that morning, Fairborn police responded to a report of someone in a black truck shooting at other vehicles.
Sizemore was pulled over and arrested on state Route 235 near Haddix Road.
According to Greene County court documents, he told an officer on the way to the Fairborn City Jail that people were trying to kill him.
“He was paranoid and thought others were trying to harm him,” Greene County Prosecutor Stephen Haller wrote.
He reportedly admitted to using methamphetamine before the incident.

Police also found suspected methamphetamine in his wallet, according to court documents.
