Anthony Reynolds, 25, was arrested and charged with felonious assault. He’ll be arraigned in Clark County Municipal Court on Wednesday morning, along with Steven Miller III, who has also been charged in connection with the shooting.
The victim was shot in the chest and taken to Miami Valley Hospital. He remained in critical condition Wednesday morning.

Police found the victim of a shooting lying on the living room floor of his North Florence Street apartment early this morning, according to the Springfield police report.
The 24-year-old victim is in critical condition at Miami Valley Hospital.
Police have arrested the suspected shooter, 25-year-old Steven Harold Miller III. He is being held in the Clark County Jail on suspicion of felonious assault and drug abuse.
A witness told police she overheard the victim talking to the suspect and another male outside of the apartment, according to the report.
Police said the witness heard the suspect ask repeatedly, where is the gun?, before hearing a gunshot and the victim calling out for help.
One .40-caliber casing was found on the floor in the front doorway of the apartment.

The 24-year-old Springfield man critically wounded in a shooting at a North Florence Street residence has been identified.
The victim remains at Miami Valley Hospital in critical condition Tuesday afternoon and lives at the house where the shooting happened, police said.
The suspect, Steven Miller, 25, of Tecumseh Road, was arrested and charged with felonious assault.
Police have previously said they are looking for a second suspect in the case.

Springfield police said one suspect is in custody and a second is on the run following an early morning shooting on North Florence Street Tuesday.
The victim, only identified as a man, was transported by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment, but his condition is unknown.
One suspect has been taken into custody for questioning, and officers said they are looking for a second person they believe was involved. Investigators did not release a description of the second suspect.
Police said the incident began as a dispute, but additional details were not immediately available.

Springfield police are investigating reports of a man shot on North Florence Street early Tuesday morning.
The incident was first reported around 4:10 a.m. in the 200 block of North Florence Street.
Initial reports indicate the victim was sitting in a vehicle and was shot in the chest.
The condition of the victim and the severity of his injuries was not immediately known.
A CareFlight medical helicopter has been dispatched to meet medics at Springfield Regional Medical Center, according to scanner traffic.
