Officials believe Carrier is staying in a tent or white work van near Montgomery and Preble counties.
He also may live nearby in camping areas and rural properties, according to the release.
Carrier has brown hair, hazel eyes and is about 6 feet tall and 250 pounds.
Carrier works as a certified plumber and operated Carrier Plumbing in Dayton.
His address is listed in the 1200 block of East Lindsey Avenue in Miamisburg, according to U.S. Marshals.
