Miller Moraine Citizen of the Year

Dave Miller received the 2013 Moraine Citizen of the Year Award at the June 27 City Council meeting. The award is sponsored by the Moraine Rotary Club. Miller, who began working for the Parks and Recreation Division in 1973 as a playground supervisor, is now the director of parks and recreation. Miller has served as president of the Moraine Jaycees and the Moraine Rotary and is currently president of the Wright Seaplane Base Inc. He is also a volunteer member of the Moraine Community Emergency Response Team and a Eucharistic minister. STAFF REPORT
