Overnight: Lows will fall to the lower teens with wind chills near zero — temperatures that could make road salt ineffective.
School closings and delays are possible, due to the cold.

Valentine's Day: The morning on Friday will be bitterly cold with temperatures in the low teens and wind chills in the single digits. Isolated slick spots are possible. Clouds will disperse, leaving way for some sun. Highs will reach only the low 20s. Into the evening, these temperatures will quickly drop into the teens again.
Saturday: Another very cold morning with temperatures in the lower teens. There will be sunshine through most of the day with clouds to increase late afternoon and a few flurries possible at night. Highs rebound nicely to about 40 degrees.

Sunday: A nice end to the weekend, Sunday morning won't be as cold with sun and clouds. Highs will be in the low 40s.
Monday: Today will be a mostly dry and mild day for this time of the year with highs in the low 40s and rain showers to return at night.
Tuesday: Expect scattered rain showers with highs in the lower 50s. At times it will be a bit breezy.
