Motorcycle crash in Miami County ends deadly

A motorcyclist was killed in an accident on N. State Route 48, north of Pleasant Hill in Miami County Sunday night, according to dispatchers.

ost control of his motorcycle for several hundred feet, hitting a culvert and tree, police said. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Alcohol is being considered as a factor, but speeding is not a factor, although he was not wearing a helmet
