The cat, Bonsai, is alive, but did have some minor injuries.
UPDATE @ 7:49 a.m.:
Firefighters were able to contain a fire in a mobile home in the Edgewood Estates Mobile Home Park and keep it from spreading to the neighboring homes, according to Mad River Township Fire Lt. Scott Sells.

Sells said that crews were dispatched on a report of a fire early this morning, and on arrival found a mobile home with heavy fire coming out both sides.

Fire crews quickly knocked the flames down, the lieutenant said, preventing them from spreading to nearby mobile homes.
No injuries were sustained in the fire, he said, although the cause of it was still being investigated.
Occupants of the home said a family cat was unaccounted for after the fire.
INITIAL REPORT:
Our crew on the scene reported that a man escaped from the fire in a mobile home in the Edgewood Estates Mobile Home Park in the 3800 block of Dayton-Springfield Road.
The man said that he didn’t think that his cat escaped, however.
The man told our crew that he heard a noise from under the trailer before the fire began.
Photos and video of the scene show heavy smoke coming from the mobile home and flames visible on the porch.
The fire was initially reported around 4 a.m.
