Vandalia and crews have also added a traffic signal to the intersection, which is now operational, according to Rob Cron, Director of Public Service. Also, lines have been painted on the roads.

Vandalia is benefiting while not paying for the project. All work is a part the development on airport property and is managed and funded by the Montgomery County Transportation Improvement District.
