New antique market opens in Beavercreek

A new multi-vendor antique mall will host a grand opening this Saturday, May 9 in Beavercreek.

The Antique Marketplace of Beavercreek, 3491 Dayton-Xenia Road, is owned by Nancy Combs, a Beavercreek native. The 7,000-square-foot mall has about 35 vendors.

“Antiques are very popular now, with people of all ages,” Combs said. More homeowners are using both antiques and modern items to decorate their homes, she said.

Saturday’s grand opening events will include a raffle with multiple door prizes, hot dogs and popcorn, and a display of vintage motorcycles, Combs said.

The new business is located about a half-mile west of North Fairfield Road, one block east of the Beavercreek post office. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, closed Monday.
