Miamisburg offers Centerville firm deal to move jobs to one site

Miamisburg is seeking to add at least 54 jobs and likely more in the next three years by offering a Centerville company help in moving to the city.

Miamisburg is offering Aeroseal LLC a job creation refundable tax credit in a move that would consolidate the company’s two Centerville locations to one site, records show.

The company manufactures machinery to inject a patented aerosol sealant into HVAC duct work, according to Miamisburg records.

The company is headquartered at 7989 S. Suburban Road, according to its website.

Miamisburg would offer Aeroseal a five-year, 35-percent refundable tax credit as part of the relocation, records show.

Aeroseal has 54 employees and expects to hire at least 20 more in the next three years, creating a $4.9 million in annual payroll generating about $110,000 in new revenue for Miamisburg, records show.

The agreement with Aeroseal is scheduled to be considered by Miamisburg City Council on Tuesday night.
