Trial dates have been set for two of three murder defendants in the deadly home invasion shooting of a Miamisburg High School senior late last year.

The cases against Jason B. Churchill and Chaz Gillilan in the Dec. 30 killing of Noah Kinser are set for trial in 2020, according to Montgomery County Common Pleas Court records.

Churchill, 32, of Moraine, is set to stand trial March 23 and the case against Gillilan, 30, of Coshocton County, is scheduled to go forward April 13, court records show.

The pair and Daniel Matthew Simone, 28, of Englewood, all face multiple charges – including murder – in the late-night slaying of Kinser, 18.

A fourth defendant, Dante English, 30, of Cincinnati, was indicted on arson, tampering with evidence, possession of criminal tools and insurance fraud in connection to the case.

Not guilty pleas have been entered for all four defendants.

Kinser, 18, was fatally shot in a Miamisburg apartment on North First Street, about a block from the police department, in the city’s first homicide since 2011.
