Beginning June 3, some areas within the Wright-Patterson Medical Center will be getting Q-Flow, a new queuing and check-in system. The system is part of a broader military treatment facility standardization effort.

The system will be placed in the following areas: Main Atrium Pharmacy, Satellite Kitty Hawk Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology and Physical Medicine.

Beneficiaries and patients can check-in by scanning their ID card into the touch screen kiosk. Q-flow will also display current wait times and offer an option to receive status notifications on their phone by text when their prescription is ready to be picked up.
