The eatery will open fully to the public tomorrow, at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 17, according to Minchun Li, who is launching the restaurant with his parents, Sheng and Anna Li. The family previously operated the Flying Tiger restaurant in Fairborn. It is located in the former College Store bookstore near Tik's Thai Express.
