UPDATE: Ohio Endangered Missing Child Alert for Clark County boy, 15, canceled

UPDATE @ 8:16 p.m.: The boy has been safely located, the sheriff's office reported about 8:05 p.m.

INITIAL REPORT

An Ohio Endangered Missing Child Alert has been issued for a 15-year-old Clark County boy last seen leaving his German Twp. home on foot about 4 p.m., the county Sheriff's Office said.

Christopher Byers, described as 5-foot-1 inches tall, about 110 pounds with blond hair and blue/green eyes was last seen leaving his home on Upper Valley Pike. He was on foot walking toward Baker Road, according to the sheriff's office.

Christopher was wearing black pants, black high-top shoes, a red Nike shirt. He is considered an endangered runaway child because he is dependent on his medication.
