Huber heights Fire Division Lt. Jeff Gallagher said the building has a “pretty substantial” structural issue after the forklift backed into a column and caused a truss to sag that was supporting the roof.
The county engineer determined the building had to be closed until it could be shored, he said.
Vectren and Dayton Power & Light crews also responded to shut off gas and electric service to the building.
The facility has space for five businesses, with four occupied Friday, Gallagher said.
