Miami Twp. police quickly responded, and took a suspect into custody after canvassing the area. Police also recovered a weapon and the woman’s belongings taken in the robbery, according to reports.
The robbery victim suffered a minor injury but did not require hospitalization, police said.
The suspect was not identified.
