The site contractor told police that someone broke the lock to the site during the Christmas holiday and stole items worth an estimated $9,100, according to a Dayton police report.
The stolen items included a green, 2018 Polaris Ranger crew cab, a cordless drill and saw, two backpack concrete mixers, and a handheld generator, read the report.
The report indicates suspect(s) may have escaped in the crew cab and/or another vehicle.

On Saturday, police investigated a breaking and entering at a market in the 1900 block of North Main Street in Dayton, according to a Dayton police report.
Officers arrived on scene around 10:10 a.m. and discovered that 10 cellphones and three boxes of lottery tickets were stolen, read the report.
According to the report, the stolen property was estimated at roughly $2,000.
In addition, police responded to a house in the 100 block of North Marion Street early Monday morning, according to a Dayton police report.
Five televisions, three computers and one Nintendo video game console were reportedly stolen from the residence overnight, read the report.
