Williams was the only customer inside the restaurant when he was arrested the afternoon of Feb. 20 at Arby’s, 2724 Colonel Glenn Highway, according to the police report. The responding officer reported after he entered the restaurant, he noticed the suspect’s penis was exposed and his pants were unzipped and slightly down.
Employees reported the suspect ordered a milkshake and had been inside the restaurant for about two hours when he started to expose himself, according to the report.
The suspect initially told police he forgot to zip his pants up after going to the bathroom, but then later said “urges” caused him to masturbate in the restaurant, according to the report.
