2 jailed after Dayton traffic stop, search

Two 29-year-old men were arrested Wednesday and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on suspicion of drug possession.

Nicholas Marcel Bell and Robert Dubois Miller III are scheduled to be arraigned Friday afternoon in Dayton Municipal Court.

FIRST REPORT

Dayton police are searching the Kenilworth Avenue area after at least one person fled a traffic stop Wednesday afternoon.

The traffic stop was reported around 1:30 p.m., according to initial reports. At least one person fled in the 600 block of Kenilworth Avenue, 911 dispatchers said.

Initial reports indicated that two people were detained.
