Work crews are blocking a portion of East Monument Avenue in Dayton while repairs are made to a broken water main.

Workers with the City of Dayton water department are blocking East Monument between North Patterson Boulevard and Webster Street Friday morning while they make repairs.

It was not immediately known when crews plan to reopen the road.
