UPDATE @ 6:30 p.m. (April 24): The 15- and 16-year-olds were in Montgomery County Juvenile Court on Tuesday, where Judge Anthony Capizzi told them additional charges are likely, especially if investigators determine that one of them was driving a stolen Toyota Carolla involved in the incident.
A stolen car was used to ram a Montgomery County Sheriff’s cruiser in the parking lot of a Valero gas station at Siebenthaler Avenue and Philadelphia Drive.
As deputies approached the stolen vehicle, parked in the lot of the Valero, the driver noticed the deputies, got back in the vehicle and sped off, striking the patrol vehicle, according to a statement from the sheriff’s office.
There were no injuries reported.
Capizzi entered denials on their behalf and announced their appointed defense attorneys.
Family members were in court for the 15-year-old. Capizzi said that teenager already was in treatment court and has a record.

No one was there for the 16-year-old, whom Capizzi told, "Your record is only 13 pages long. Congratulations."
The judge said, "This was a very serious case. It's not just stealing a car. … Someone stole a car, tried to escape, drove in to a police cruiser to escape and then hit a bunch of over cars.
“You know that's going to mean a lot more charges against somebody,” he said. “I don't know who the driver was."
Five arrests have been made, including Sha’King Jones, 19, and Nikeas Jones, 20. Both remain in the Montgomery County Jail. Sha’King Jones is being detained on suspicion of felonious assault. Nikeas Jones is being detained on suspicion of obstructing official business.
