A judge set bond at $100,000 for Stanford Straight and ordered him to not have any contact with the victim.
If Straight makes bond, he will be on electronic monitoring.

A grand jury has indicted a 62-year-old man for an April 11 shooting on Catalpa Drive.
Stanford Straight was indicted on two counts of felonious assault and one count of weapons under disability, each with a three-year firearm specification for court records show.

He will be arraigned Thursday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

Police and medics responded to this morning to a man shot on Catalpa Drive in Dayton.

Initial reports indicate the victim was found around 9:20 a.m. near a church in the 2000 block of Catalpa Drive.
The condition of the victim was not immediately known.
According to police scanner traffic, the victim was shot at an apartment building but was found at the church.
Additional details were not available.
