1) The Allure
Allure is a $25 million multi-family project at the site of the demolished Showcase Cinemas Theater in Centerville. The project, which proposes over 300 one- and two-bedroom units, will also provide an easement to Cross Pointe Shopping Center. Project construction is scheduled to begin construction this summer, according to the developer.
2) Randall Residence
This 171,021-square-foot development will offer 84 quadplex condo style apartments, 60 independent living apartments, 58 assisted living apartments, and 48 memory support apartments.
Christopher Randall, CEO of Randall Residence, has nearly $32 million invested in the project. Construction is scheduled to begin by the fall and some cottages could be available as early as this year.

3) Hawthorn Gates
Redwood Acquisitions, based in Beachwood, Ohio, has started groundwork for an $11 million luxury apartment complex at the corner of Social Row Road and Dayton-Lebanon Pike in Washington Twp.
The development calls for over 100 one-story units with attached garages on a 60-acre plot of mixed-use land.
4) Wynstone
Construction is underway at Wynstone, a 96-home development located on 63 acres off Clyo Road, near Rooks Road and southeast of the Trails of Saddlecreek subdivision. Homes average about 2,000-square feet and exteriors are primarily stone and brick, with no vinyl. Prices start at $300,000, with an average price of $400,000
5) Unnamed at Cornerstone
Developers at Cornerstone of Centerville are planning a $30 million luxury apartment complex at the development, which is supposed to beincluded in the later parts of the multi-phase development, according to plans submitted to to the city.
The Fortus Group, an Indiana-based development company, is proposing a 298 unit apartment complex to be built on approximately 14 to 20 acres on Brown Road, near the Costco Wholesale store.
