Springfield parks remain open with caution to individuals to practice social distancing, a release from the office of the city manager said.

The National Trail Parks and Recreation District (NTPRD) will close all playgrounds and Warder FitStop will close until further notice.

All NTPRD programs and reservations remain suspended.

NTPRD has been monitoring the coronavirus outbreak with the guidance of the Clark

County Combined Health District, with information from the Ohio Department of

Health and the CDC in mind.
