Suspect in Franklin bank robbery on the run after cutting off ankle monitor

A warrant has been issued for a Wilmington man accused of robbing bank after he cut off his ankle monitor late Friday night.

A BOLO — be on the lookout alert — was issued for Bascum Lloyd Hall, 50, around midnight, according to a Warren County court official.

The victim and victim advocate in the case have been contacted.

Anyone who sees Hall or knows of his location should contact police.

Franklin police identified Hall as a suspect in a Union Savings Bank robbery in March.

He was charged with robbery, a third-degree felony.
