Jason Kosher, 44, was arrested and booked in the jail Thursday afternoon on preliminary charges of receiving stolen property, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, drug possession and obstructing official business, according to online jail records.

A second person in the car, who has not been identified, will not face charges, Dayton police Lt. Mark Ponichtera said.
The passenger suffered serious injuries in the crash, according to police, however police did not know that person’s condition.

The pursuit involved a stolen Dodge Charger that traveled through parts of Dayton, Riverside and Beavercreek late Wednesday morning. The pursuit ended when the car crashed down an embankment onto Grange Hall Road in Beavercreek after going the wrong way on U.S. 35.
Ohio Department of Transportation video obtained by this news outlet captured the final moments of the pursuit as the car traveled west in the eastbound lanes.
