A judge released Churchheus into the custody of his grandmother, according to 10TV.

He will be on house arrest with electronic monitoring and is only allowed to go to doctor’s appointments or his lawyer’s office.
Churchheus was ordered to have no contact with the victim’s family, witnesses, other minors and the other suspect, Jordan Buckley.
Both teens are charged as adults.
Buckley’s arraignment followed Churchheus’ appearance.
He was placed in the custody of his parents and will also be on house arrest with electronic monitoring, according to 10TV.

Buckley cannot contact the victim's family, other minors or Churchheus.
A $100,000 bond was ordered for both teens, however, they do not need to pay any money to be released to family, according to 10TV.
The teens are accused of the death of Victoria Schafer, a photographer from Chillicothe.
Schafer was standing on stairs near Old Man’s Cave at the park on Sept. 2 when she was hit by a falling section of a tree.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators reportedly found evidence that the incident was not a natural occurrence.
