Two WWE wrestlers arrested in N. Kentucky

Two World Wrestling Entertainment wrestlers were arrested early Wednesday morning outside a gas station in Northern Kentucky, according to our television partner Local 12.

Channel 12 said Erlanger Police were called to a Shell station in Crescent Springs, Ky. for a report on two men fighting in a cab. Police arrested Gregory Shane Helms, aka “Hurricane Helms,” and Christopher Irvine, also known as “Chris Jericho.”

Helms, 35, and Irvine, 39, were charged with public intoxication.

The two men were in town for a WWE event on Tuesday night at U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati.
