The USO of Central and Southern Ohio is determined to continue to support the military during this critical time. Join in a Virtual 5K to get a little exercise and support the USO. Pick a time and place that is convenient for you. Run, walk, row or climb steps. You can do this on your own, with your family, with a friend or even with your dog! Just remember to “social distance.”

The USO is encouraging everyone to do this virtual run on April 25. However, you can choose a date that is most convenient for you. Remember to wear your patriotic shirt, take pictures or videos and share to the USO’s social media with #usoruns4heroes. Feel free to share your time, if you wish, especially if you have a personal record (PR).

While the USO’s normal operations have been suspended, its mission remains to support service members and their families. The USO has delivered bags of groceries and care packages to military at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, created virtual programs and provided USO care packages for the activated National Guard. The USO will continue to support military members and their families as needs are identified.
