The city of Vandalia Cultural Arts Committee has decided on a project for the Art Park designed to get the whole Vandalia community involved.

The project for the 2019 season will be called Noah’s Park. It will have a collection of images, taken by residents, who will submit them with a form.

Noah’s Park will be images of animals, from pets at home or the little critter that runs across a field.
