Warrant issued for man accused in Greenville shooting

Police have identified a man as a suspect in a Greenville shooting last week and are asking for the public’s help in finding him.

David A. Green, 50, of Greenville is accused of firing a shot that injured a 25-year-old man from Richmond, Indiana inside a home on Central Avenue March 21, Greenville police said in an updated media release Monday.

A warrant has been issued for Green’s arrest and he is considered to be armed and dangerous, police said.

The victim, who was not identified, was flown by a CareFlight medical helicopter to Miami Valley Hospital after the shooting, but his condition remains unavailable.
