Suspect in Franklin Twp. stabbing arrested

UPDATE @ 10 a.m. (May 1): The suspect in a Franklin Twp. stabbing has been taken into custody.

Beverly Coleman was located in Middletown and taken into custody without incident, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.

Coleman was booked into the Warren County Jail on one count of domestic violence and one count of felonious assault, according to the sheriff’s office.

UPDATE @ 12:15 a.m. (May 1): The male who was stabbed has been flown to Miami Valley Hospital and he was conscious and talking when he was transported, Warren County sheriff's Sgt. Bryan Hounshall said.

The male was stabbed in the chest area, the sergeant said.

The sergeant offered little else about the investigation, alluding only that the incident may involve a boyfriend/girlfriend situation.

UPDATE @ 11:22 p.m. (April 30):

A BOLO (Be On The Lookout) has been issued for a woman suspected in a stabbing on Torrington Drive in Franklin Twp., according to the Warren County Sheriff's Office.

The woman, believed to be 43, was last seen leaving the resident with a possible weapon. She is wanted on a possible charge of felonious assault, according to the sheriff's office.

She is believed to be driving a gray Chevrolet minivan, headed for her residence in Middletown.

We're working to learn about the victim and his condition.

INITIAL REPORT (APRIL 30)

Deputies are investigating a report of a stabbing at a residence in the 6800 block of Torrington Drive.

The incident was reported sometime after 10 p.m.

CareFlight was called to the scene. The man's condition is not known.
