Superintendents call for charter school accountability

Springboro Superintendent Todd Petrey joined Chad Hilliker, Loveland City Schools superintendent; Gail Kist-Kline, Mason City Schools superintendent and Greg Power, Little Miami Local Schools superintendent, in a letter questioning charter school funding, transparency and accountability.

“In Warren County, we embrace accountability and transparency. We welcome and use data and constituent feedback to improve. We simply ask that charter schools across the State of Ohio be held to the same standards (and make do with the same resources) given to our public school students,” the letter said. STAFF REPORT
