Nathan Bias has been charged with disorderly conduct in connection to the incident at Tuty’s Bar and Grill on Feb. 16, according to Capt. Chad Lindsey.

Police also are pursuing charges against two others suspects who were accused of fighting with Bias outside the bar, Lindsey said.

Investigators have identified one of the two suspects, who was caught on video fighting with Bias, but are still working on identifying the second suspect, Lindsey said.

According to court documents, the incident began after Bias “interjects himself into the conversation of the two male suspects.”

Eventually, Bias is accused of lunging at one of the suspects attempted to punch/slap them, court documents show.

The fight then spilled into the parking lot, where the two suspects “are actively fighting with Bias.”

“In the west parking lot, Bias is punched from behind...and is knocked out,” court documents showed.  “While on the ground, another subject kicks Bias in the head rending him presumably unconscious.”
