“Macy’s Inc. is focused on providing customers with a great shopping experience, and we wouldn’t be able to do that without our colleagues - who are the key to our success,” said John Harper, Macy’s chief stores officer.
In addition to local stores hiring sales associates, 1,500 will be hired for customer service via phone, email and online chat, including some at the company’s call center in Mason in Warren County.

Anyone interested can apply on macysJOBS.com or bloomingdalesJOBS.com before the hiring event. Candidates who can’t go to the store on Oct. 18 can also interview over the phone.
In addition to the Mason call center, there are Macy’s stores at the Dayton Mall and Mall at Fairfield Commons, as well as four in the Cincinnati area.
