Payan was driving a 2014 Dodge Avenger west on Tuttle Avenue around 5:50 a.m. Sunday when the car went left of center and hit a Ford Fusion parked on the opposite side of the road, according to a Dayton police crash report. The Fusion was pushed off the side of the road and into some plants.
Payan crossed the center line again and the car began to roll, hitting a parked Chevrolet Silverado. The Avenger then came to a stop on its top and he Silverado was pushed into a Chrysler 300 parked on the same side of the road.
Payan was the only person in the Avenger and no one was in the other three vehicles. He did not have a valid license, according to the report.
