Police saw Darrin Fritz, 29, struggling to push the stroller and went to check her welfare when they came upon the cache of coins, officials said.
Fritz tried to flee, police said.
She was arrested and charged with burglary, possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools, possession of methamphetamine, resisting arrest and two outstanding misdemeanor warrants, the Bakersfield Californian reported.
