Russell "The Snake Chaser" Cavender snared the estimated 10-foot gator in a pond at Blackmoor Golf Course, according to WMBF.

Cavender shared an image of his catch, as well as a message to pet owners:
“Keep them on a leash, people!”
James Sargent had to capture this gator last night after it killed someone's dog .. keep them on a leash people!!
