The company said the money will go to help with living expenses of survivors and help alleviate any financial hardship they may be facing, The Guardian reported.
The aircraft maker is facing dozens of lawsuits following the crash of a Lion Air jet last fall off the coast of Indonesia and another Lion Air crash four months later in Ethiopia.
Boeing said the $100 million fund is separate from any legal settlements in the future, according to CBS News.
The Max airliners were grounded worldwide after the Ethiopia crash in March and have not been approved to fly yet.
Investigators believe new software installed on the jets may have contributed to the crashes.
The 737 had been a bestseller for Boeing with more than 15,000 orders, The Guardian reported.
