The California-based company, which partnered with education benefits company Guild Education, is covering 100% of upfront tuition costs for business and technology degrees.
CNN reported that under the expanded program, employees who have been at Chipotle for at least 120 days and work at least 15 hours a week can choose from 75 degree programs from five participating schools.
Those schools include University of Arizona, Bellevue University, Brandman University, Wilmington University and Southern New Hampshire University.
The new program is an addition to the company's existing tuition reimbursement program, which lets eligible employees get reimbursed for up to $5,250 a year at the school of their choosing.
