The NBA is starting the slow process of getting back to normal.

Three teams -- the Portland Trail Blazers, Denver Nuggets and Cleveland Cavaliers -- are reopening their practice facilities, ESPN reported.

Workouts will be voluntary, individual and socially distanced.

Despite the approval from the NBA, some teams are still waiting. Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban said he doesn't think it is worth the risk just yet, CBS Sports reported.

He said his players are staying in shape on their own and working out and shooting hoops on their own at home.

But other teams will open depending on the local guidelines throughout the next month, CBS Sports reported.

There’s no word yet if or when the season will resume.

The NBA suspended the current season March 11. The playoffs had been scheduled to start April 18 with the finals starting June 4. But there has been no announcement of what the current status of the remainder of the 2019-2020 season is.
