Update 5:17 a.m. EDT Oct. 14: Witnesses said poker player Chester Goode opened fire at the Triple A Aces Private & Social Rental Place, killing acquaintances Terence Bishop and John Thomas, a source told The New York Times. Bouncer Dominick Wimbush, who fatally shot Goode, also was "killed in the crossfire," the Times reported.
Police have not released a motive and said no arrests have been made, according to the Times.
Update 5:27 a.m. EDT Oct. 13: The New York Police Department has released the names of the four men killed in a Saturday morning shooting at an unlicensed Brooklyn social club.
According to CNN and WPIX-TV, the victims, all Brooklyn residents, were Dominick Wimbush, 47; Chester Goode, 37; Terence Bishop, 36; and John Thomas, 32, police said.
Investigators said they found two guns at the scene, the outlets reported. The shooter fired at least 15 shots, police said.
Authorities have not arrested any suspects or released a possible motive, CNN reported.
Update 12:26 p.m. EDT Oct. 12: Police officials said there was nothing to indicate that the shooting in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn was gang-related, WCBS reported.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio condemned the shooting on Twitter, writing "We have an epidemic of gun violence that spares no community — and it won't stop until we get guns off our streets once and for all."

Update 10:34 a.m. EDT Oct.12: Police responded to a call about shots fired in the vicinity of the Triple A Aces social club in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn, WPIX reported.
Police spokesman Adam Navarro said calls came in at 6:55 a.m. about shots fired, The New York Times reported.
Four men were found dead at the scene, and three other people were taken to area hospitals in serious condition, according to WPIX.

New York Fire Department officials initially said nine people were shot, but police later said an eighth person was hurt while trying to flee the scene, the television station reported.
Two men and a woman were injured from gunshot wounds, the Times reported. The dead and the injured were not identified, according to the newspaper. Police did say the seven victims ranged in age from 32 to 49, according to WCBS.
At least two of the people shot were from out of state, WPIX reported.
Police told the television station illegal gambling was taking place on the first floor of the social club.
Update 8:59 a.m. EDT Oct. 12: Investigators said the incident in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn apparently grew out of a dispute at the after-hours club, WABC reported.
Two guns have been recovered at the scene, the television station reported. Police said no arrests have been made yet.
