When they were waiting to meet Snow White, Brody was hitting his limit of not only the number of people and the noise of the rides, but also the heat.
"Brody was overheated, sweating and overwhelmed by everything. He just started crying," Bergner told "Today" parents.
But the woman portraying "Snow White" at the meet and greet knew how to calm Brody down.
"She kissed, hugged and cuddled him. He was laying his head crying on her lap. She then took him for a walk away from the crowd," Bergner wrote in a now-viral Facebook post.

They also sat on a bench for a while as Brody calmed down.
Bergner said she and her husband had never seen Brody connect with someone he didn't know as quickly as he did during the trip.
