Fisher-Price is recalling about 34,000 swings, according to a recall posted on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission website Thursday.
The swings, under the name Cradle ‘n Swings, include three models.
According to the recall, the hazard poses a threat injury to the child when a seat peg is not fully in the seat, leading it to fall.
Fisher-Price has received two reports of the seat peg coming out of the seat, causing it to fall.
No injuries have been reported.
The three models being recalled are CHM84 Soothing Savanna Cradle 'n Swing, CMR40 Sweet Surroundings Cradle 'n Swing, and CMR43 Sweet Surroundings Butterfly Friends Cradle 'n Swing.
The product numbers, which start with C, are under the pad in the seat.
Consumers are asked to stop using these models immediately and contact Fisher-Price for revised assembly instructions.
