The damaged instrument does not have to be a Gibson to be eligible for replacement.
"Our goal is to get a guitar back into the hands of anyone who has had their guitar damaged or destroyed in the recent Tennessee storm," Dendy Jarrett, executive director of Gibson Gives, said in a statement.
Replacement guitars may be demo models, prototypes or shop-worn models.
At least 25 people were killed and many more were injured by the storms.
