Kenyatta Webb, 32, of Shreveport, was charged with unlawful disruption of school and resisting an officer, according to an arrest affidavit by the Shreveport Police Department.
Webb is accused of resisting an officer by swinging her arms when police attempted to handcuff her, the Shreveport Times reported.

According to the arrest affidavit, Webb entered Creswell Elementary School shortly after 8 a.m. Monday and caused a disturbance.
The arrest affidavit quoted Webb, saying, "If anybody say anything to my child I'm going to turn this (expletive) to Afghanistan,"
The affidavit also noted when an officer attempted to escort Webb off campus, she said "If you follow me to my car you're going to see what's going to happen.'"
The officer, while attempting to handcuff Webb, said the woman "reached into the vehicle," perceiving she was attempting to grab a weapon, the Times reported.
The school went into lockdown during the incident, according to the arrest affidavit. Webb was arrested at 8:25 a.m. and taken to police headquarters, according to the affidavit.
There were no injuries reported, according to the Times.
