Police said Lantz touched a boy who was using the store's bathroom, the station reported. When the boy's pregnant mother heard screams, she rushed inside to help her son, authorities said.

Court documents said Lantz punched the woman's stomach multiple times as she tried to pull him away from the child, WBOY reported.

The mother and her son were treated at a nearby hospital, authorities said.

Lantz, who was jailed on $50,000 bond, will undergo a mental health evaluation, officials said.
