The officer noticed Calderon was holding a to-go bag from Chili's and asked what was inside. Calderon said a hamburger and the officer said that could be payment. Calderon agreed to the new terms and was arrested, KRQE reported.
Calderon, 36, was arrested and charged with patronizing a prostitute, according to police. Calderon is a sex offender who is on probation. His probation was revoked.
The hamburger was taken into evidence.
