Jolean Dailey, who is black, was driving Tuesday morning and was hit by another vehicle, the Canton Repository reported.

"I could feel it in my gut. Something wasn't right," Dailey told WKYC. "It wasn't like we had any words, any confrontation. He just bumped into me. This guy had so much rage just from something that he did."

The other driver passed Dailey, called her a racial slur and drove off. Dailey followed. The driver pulled over in a parking lot a short time later and switched seats with the passenger while Dailey recorded the interaction on her phone.

The man, who was wearing black pants and a black leather vest with no shirt beneath it, started walking toward Dailey before yelling “white power” and turning back to his vehicle.

“White power?” Dailey is heard asking the man. “Did you say 'white power' to me?”

The man faced Dailey and said, “You want to make something of it?”

"What are you going to do?" Dailey can be heard saying before the video ends. "Kill me?"

Police arrested and charged the 26-year-old man, who is from Butler, Pennsylvania, with ethnic intimidation and aggravated menacing, the Repository reported.

The woman who switched places with the man is his girlfriend, police said. She was charged with obstructing official business, the Repository reported. She told police that her boyfriend tried to get a handgun from the glove box during the incident with Dailey.

"People were taught hate," Dailey told WKYC. "If people love on each other, then we wouldn't have this issue."
