Before you think that is a mismatch, remember the mayor is Glenn Jacobs, also known by his pro wrestling stage name, Kane.
Jacobs and the WWE played his "Mayor Kane" angle to the hilt, with recorded and live spots, title victories and losses, and choke-slams galore, according to the Knoxville News Sentinel.
HE'S STILL GOT IT!

Kane defeated R-Truth for the WWE's 24/7 Championship during a recorded segment, using a goal post to get the pin, then lost the rematch when R-Truth rode on top of Jacobs' limousine and "ambushed" the mayor when he emerged from the vehicle, the newspaper reported.
Jacobs reverted to his role as mayor after that, until Seth Rollins was ambushed by several wrestlers. Jacobs returned to his Kane persona and choke-slammed the bad guys, the News Sentinel reported.
Yes, OF COURSE you know him.
